Capacity

Adiba Tex have three distinguished set ups woven, sweater and knit, This combination provides greater flexibility in sharing internal resources to offer more services to the buyers. All knitted fabrics are produced in house and so is a part of woven fabrics those are weaved and dyed. And rest of the woven fabric imported or bought from local mills with strong supply chain management.

The present capacity of knitted fabric from it's own factory now stands 10000 kg daily from other sister concerns now stand 34,000 kg daily of a wide product range of single and double jersey, pique, ribs and structure, thermals and ottoman, french terry and sweats, feeders and bold stripes in tubular and open widths without and with spandex along with 2000 sets of plain and jacquards collar and cuffs. The capacity of in house woven fabrics by its sister concerns rounds about 10,000 meters a day mainly in twill and canvas for trousers to FC markets while rest of the fabrics are imported or bought from local mills.

The daily stitching capacities (with Adibatex owned factory and its sister concerns) of knit garments by the year end will reach to 72,000 pieces and the woven garments to 18,000 pieces and 7,000 pieces of line 5 pockets and casuals of trousers and the pullover / sweaters to 4,000 pieces. The in house supporting daily capacities for embroideries are 6 million stitches, 12000 pieces of complete garment printing and 6000 pieces of garment enzyme wash.

Production units and equipments:

The group consists of several production units under different company names located in Dhaka city and at the outskirts. These lists with addresses separately attached along with specific specialization. The composite units located at the outskirt 20 kilometers off south from Dhaka at  Narayanganj  and 35 kilometers off north from Dhaka Zia lnt' l Airport at , Gazipur . Progressively, at this site Sweater composite set up was established in the year 2002. Expansions and innovations always remain versatile challenge in textile and clothing industry to promote new items and then to create more business volumes. This is an unending process. With elapse of time, the common items become obsolete production no more remains economical. This is what is now happening. So, progressive developments are always necessary to cope with latest fashion trends. With this vision in mind, this group is undertaking further new development.
